Marble resin — a Michelessi vision
Fior di Pesco Grey,
a Natural Mosaic
Look closely at Fior di Pesco Grey and you will seem to be gazing at a riverbed: within the grey-taupe matrix surface flakes of white, grey and rose marble, each with its own shape, its own angle of light, its own mineral history. This is marble resin in its most authentic expression: an agglomerate of roughly 95 per cent natural marble bound by a small share of polyester resin, produced in vacuum-cast blocks of 305 by 124 by 84 centimetres in plants of the latest technology.
After seasoning, the blocks are turned into slabs in standard thicknesses of 2 or 3 centimetres, or, starting from the block, into thicknesses on request: from here come floors, cladding, staircases, windowsills and ventilated facades of great distinction. Michelessi's made-to-measure work, handcrafted in Italy by a house that has known marble for generations, brings out its natural mosaic in every destination. Choose Fior di Pesco Grey for surfaces that are never monotonous: every step, every glance will give you a different fragment of this story in stone.
