This page explains, in a few lines, how Michelessi SRL handles the personal data of visitors to this website and of those who write to or call the company, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679.

Browsing the site

The site is a showcase: it has no forms to fill in, uses no first-party cookies and installs no profiling or traffic-analysis tools. Fonts, images and videos are hosted on the site itself.

The hosting service may record, as any web server does, technical browsing data (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser type) for the security and operation of the service. This data is not used to identify visitors and remains with the provider under its own terms.

Links to external services

Some pages contain links to third-party services, for example the map to reach the showroom, WhatsApp messaging and the company's social profiles. They open only if the visitor chooses to and are governed by the policies of their respective operators.

People who write to us or call us

If you contact us by email, telephone or WhatsApp, the data you provide (name, contact details, content of the request, any measurements and photographs of the project) is used only to reply, prepare a quotation and follow the work. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual steps requested by you and, for customers, the contract. Data is kept for as long as needed to handle the request and, if a job follows, for the related legal obligations.

Data is neither sold nor passed on to third parties for marketing purposes. It is accessible only to the company's authorised staff and to the suppliers who take part in the work (for example carriers), as far as necessary.

Your rights

You may at any time request access to your data, its rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, object to processing and request portability, by writing to info@michelessi.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
